Want-ology™ Licensing Workshop
This extended hands-on session will prepare coaches and facilitators to become licensed to conduct Want-ology workshops and use Want-ology with their clients. All great coaches know how to handle obstacles: fear-based thinking; the inner critic; fear of failure; fear of success; lack of focus; as they come up. Want-ology offers a process where these elements can be managed in an organized way and which allows clients to increase their ability to take the reigns and take action at the right time. Want-ology will empower your coaching and expand your market as you join our Want-ology community.

TOZ-Types For Success: Finding Your Fit With Life And Work
Have you ever felt like a square peg in a round hole at work? Wonder whether you chose the right career? Is it you or your particular position that’s causing the trouble? Want to discover how to make a move in your career -- or your own business -- that will be right for you?
TOZ-Types are a new, simple, quick assessment of your fundamental motivations around work, and your emotional comfort zone -- what kind of environment you need to function best at work. In this workshop, we’ll discover your TOZ-Type and what it means, and we’ll assess your work environment for fit with who you are and who you can be -- whether you’re a solopreneur, an employee, or a business owner. And finally, we’ll identify your strategy for getting a great fit with the work you want to do.
