Dr. Kreitman’s dissertation has been used as a resource in University quality engineering and management courses, with one professor calling it “the science behind why quality efforts work.” She has spent the last twenty years teaching, training and consulting with organizations in the public and private sector in organizational change, total quality management, lean initiatives, and enterprise architecture. In her role as trainer and university faculty, she as mentored countless individuals in developing their talents and insights, and finding their niche in life and work.

Thaddeus O. Cooper
Vice President/CTO
Mr. Cooper brings an impressive background in both the arts and applied computer sciences. A recognized authority in “bots” for virtual online communities, he brings particular expertise in social computing and online collaboration. With a strong background in development, he’s spent most of his professional life creating novel solutions to hard problems, including his work at The MITRE Corporation and an R&D group at Texas Instruments. His technical focus on designing reusable architectures and tools to streamline creation of new functionality brings an agility to The Organization Zone’s online offerings.
Mr. Cooper's background in the creative arts (photography, film, video and audio) and his training in technical theatre enables him to provide leadership in multimedia online education and training, electronically mediated interactions and communications. He provides the technical leadership behind The Organization Zone’s online presence.
